Jamie Kern Lima
A Brief Overview
Jamie Kern Lima, Co-founder of IT cosmetics and philanthropist.
Jamie’s Story
Before launching IT Cosmetics, Jamie was a TV anchor. During her time presenting, her skin became sensitive and she couldn’t find products that worked for her, so she created them herself; this became IT Cosmetics. After hearing countless no’s from potential stockists, a company born and developed in her living room later sold to L’Oreal for $1.2 Billion, and Jamie become the first female CEO in L’Oreal’s 100+ year history. Since 2016, Jamie has invested proceeds in 17 mostly women-led businesses.
Watch Jamie speak about the role of faith in her story here:

How we’re inspired by Pam
Aside from the style inspiration that Pam gives us on the daily, we love Pam’s honesty on our podcast about her experience with comparison. Seeing others win can make us feel like we are losing, but as Pam points out, we can either wish we had what they had or we can pray for their continued success. Today, we celebrate Pam for the excellence she displays in all that she does and pray that she continues to see her goals come to life.
